Today I decided to (belatedly) jump on the bright summer lip bandwagon. I kept the eyes reeeaalllyy simple with just one shadow on the lid (L’oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Continuous Cocoa, my review here), an inner corner highlight, and no mascara (gasp).
Makin faces O.o
Close-up on the eyes..kinda boring, I know. I like the smudgy, smokey effect of the grey-toned brown shadow.
Products used:
– L’oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Continuous Cocoa
– Wet ‘n Wild Color Icon Palette in Walking On Eggshells: browbone highlight
– Wet ‘n Wild MegaLast Lipstick in Cherry Picking (it’s matte and gorgeous!!)
Tutorial:
1. Prime the eye and apply a medium brown eyeshadow to the entire lid with a fluffy brush.
2. With a smudge brush, apply the shadow underneath the lower lashline.
3. Apply a light highlight color to the inner corner of your eye and under the browbone.
4. Apply a bright pink lipstick and you’re finished!
Really simple but I love how put-together a bright lip color looks 😀 Cheers everyone!

You look adorable! I’ve never figured out how to wear makeup while I’m wearing my specs (I just look bad in my specs, period) I love how bright and cheerful you look here.
Thank you! I wear glasses most of the time so I usually do dramatic looks that are toned down somewhat by the glasses, this was a bit of a departure from the norm for me 🙂
